Job Description Summary:
The Services District Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Operations Manager in the management and support of operations within O&M's portfolio of projects across an assigned district. Includes managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the portfolio in line with corporate strategy and objectives while ensuring and nurturing safety of all personnel and equipment on the sites.

This role is located full-time on jobsites in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California. The role will require travel. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Stresses the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working
  • Ensure industry safety compliance and hold all team members accountable
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality.
  • Assist Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of the operational activities required for various equipment.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Always seek ways to increase the quality of customer service and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Work with the management team to manage and maintain compliance in key markets.
  • Oversee the management and development of technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies required to operate competitively and deliver top notch service.
  • Focus on developing Systems and metrics/KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms that allow the company to continue to scale without breakdowns of service or a loss of quality.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in a professional, cost-effective way
  • Coordinate and oversee Company's new initiatives
  • Coordinating different teams within group to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
  • Assessing and suggest improved processes, collaborate on new technologies, and coordinate with EPC management regarding the implementation of these improvements

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
  • College degree in related Management field preferred
  • 5+ Years as a Regional Lead or equivalent
  • Strong leadership/management/communication skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritizing skills
  • Ability to make significant independent judgments
  • 30% travel
  • Support planned and forced outages on sites as necessary-overnight stay may be required
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver's license
  • Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
