Job Description

UTA Advisory seeks a Director to join our growing team. This role will support one of our most high-profile brand clients, leading talent and influencer partnerships and executing entertainment-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is both strategic and executional, fluent in celebrity and influencer partnerships, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. We are seeking creative and organized professionals who are eager to be part of an incredibly exciting and growing division of UTA.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for client communications, strategy, and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Lead the negotiation and management of talent and influencer partnerships, including contract redlines and direct communication with reps and legal teams
  • Oversee the development of strategic entertainment and cultural marketing recommendations for the clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and vet celebrity, influencer, and partnership opportunities aligned with campaign objectives
  • Manage internal and external timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure flawless execution
  • Build and present decks that clearly articulate creative ideas, talent strategy, and activation plans
  • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, entertainment opportunities, and competitive activity to inform client work
  • Lead weekly client calls and meetings; create agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure accountability
  • Partner with junior team members and oversee project execution
  • Travel occasionally for client activations, talent shoots, and live events
  • Contribute to the collaborative team culture and actively support internal process improvement and knowledge sharing


What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or brand partnerships at a marketing, entertainment, talent, or influencer agency
  • Significant hands-on experience managing talent and influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations and production logistics
  • Ability to independently lead complex projects from strategy through execution
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Doc, Sheets, is necessary
  • Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision
  • Ability to travel for client activations, media days, and event support
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across teams and departments
