As a Director, US Taxation, you will play a key role in providing strategic leadership for the U.S. tax function and play a pivotal role in aligning tax priorities with the organization's broader business objectives.

As a Director, US Taxation, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive the strategic direction of the U.S. tax function in alignment with enterprise priorities, business growth objectives and the broader global tax vision.


  • Provide oversight of U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with organizational expectations and regulatory requirements.


  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing U.S. tax team by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability and creating strong alignment around strategic priorities.


  • Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Legal, Treasury and business leadership by providing strategic tax perspectives that support informed decision-making.


  • Provide leadership on the identification, assessment and mitigation of U.S. tax risks, ensuring robust governance and a strong control environment.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the U.S. tax function by advancing process optimization, documentation standards and scalable ways of working.
