Role Overview
The Subcontracts Global Process Owner is responsible for leading the strategic direction, continuous improvement, and governance of subcontracting processes across the organization. This role ensures the development, deployment, and enhancement of global subcontracting solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The incumbent will drive standardization, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the evolution of subcontracting systems and practices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refine standardized subcontracting processes, practices, tools, metrics, and dashboards to drive consistency and efficiency across global projects.
Gather and incorporate actionable feedback from project execution teams to adapt and enhance global subcontracting solutions.
Lead and facilitate staff training programs focused on new processes, tools, and best practices to build organizational capability.
Aid in the development of standardized Terms & Conditions, both long and short form, in collaboration with legal teams.
Lead the development of standardized preambles, methods & measures, commercial contracting table of contents, and forms of contract templates.
Provide best practice subcontracting expertise to the regional Home Offices.
Support the evolution of the subcontracting system of record and its global utilization.
Champion change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
