You'll also play a key role in shaping our office, developing our talent, winning new business, and building Interbrand's reputation in the market.

What you'll be doing- Lead complex, high-stakes strategy engagements for global and regional clients across brand, business, and experience challenges
- Build and maintain deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business, anticipates their needs, and helps them navigate critical decisions
- Use our Thinking & Making approach and Three Lenses (Human Truth, Brand Economics, Experience) to diagnose what matters, shape bold strategic direction, and ensure ideas are viable, desirable, and ready for the real world
- Present and sell strategic thinking to C-suite audiences with authority, confidence, and conviction
- Lead and develop strategy teams, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and creating an environment where people do their best work
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities for Interbrand and our clients, thinking like a business partner to maximize mutual value and extend relationships
- Collaborate with designers, writers, client partners, brand economists, principals, and other disciplines globally to deliver integrated solutions
- Collaborate with the Growth team by driving pitches, shaping proposals, building relationships, and helping define our competitive positioning
- Build Interbrand's external profile through thought leadership, speaking, writing, and representing our point of view in the market
- Play an active role in growth strategy, contributing to how we grow, what we prioritize, and how we operate
- Champion Interbrand's culture and values, helping create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do their best work
- Stay ahead of branding, business, and cultural shifts, bringing provocative points of view and helping shape where our craft is going next
