Full Job Description
Your responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development within freight forwarding and logistics services by identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and expanding market presence.
  • Understand customer supply chain needs and translate challenges into competitive, deliverable commercial solutions in collaboration with operational and commercial teams.
  • Lead the full sales process, from customer presentations and proposals to negotiations, contract discussions, and long-term relationship building.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer demands to uncover new business opportunities and support growth objectives.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic sales within freight forwarding, logistics, contract logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build relationships, engage decision-makers, and manage complex sales processes from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with high integrity, professionalism, and a passion for winning new business.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; a degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
