Director, Senior Projects - Global Payment OperationsCorpay is currently looking to hire a Director, Senior Projects within our Global Operations department. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business. Coming from a background in Financial Services and specifically with complex global payment operations, you will be working on a number of high profile improvement projects within the operations team. This is a high-profile role that will report directly to the SVP, Global Operations and works and collaborates cross-functionally across the global business.

Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensuring the timely delivery of projects, that meet or exceed the agreed-upon metrics and/or goals
- Acting as a key driver for change within the business units aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gating
- Helping all impacted departments to learn, understand, and grow with the transformation
- Conducting in-depth analyses, including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects
- Developing presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project or program progress, results and any additional assistance needed from them
- Generating insights based on tools including (but not limited to) customer interviews, market research, discussions with subject matter experts, focus groups, and surveys
- Ensuring disciplined, data-driven, well-documented approaches to improving end-to-end operational performance led by voice of the customer
- Quantifying impact of projects on financials, productivity, customer experience and compliance
- Promoting a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
- Developing and maintain positive relationships with senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in leading operational teams and/or client management function
- Experience in change management and stakeholder management
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership
- Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction
- Capacity to think strategically and innovatively

Pay TransparencyThis salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is
$110,000 - $150,000 CAD plus an annual bonus.
