Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Competitive Intelligence / Price to Win Director to join our team! In this role, you will lead Competitive Intelligence and Price to Win strategy to strengthen our competitive position and drive success in major captures.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading CI/PTW strategy for must-win federal pursuits
  • Delivering competitor, customer, market, and pricing assessments
  • Guiding capture teams on win strategy, competitive positioning, and pricing posture
  • Creating Price to Win analyses and strategic pricing recommendations
  • Facilitating Black Hat reviews and other executive-level strategic sessions
  • Managing CI tools, databases, research methods, and intelligence processes
  • Applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled techniques to improve decision support
  • Advising leadership on market trends, competitor moves, pricing dynamics, and acquisition approaches


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent, and typically 12+ years of diversified experience in competitive intelligence, capture, federal procurement, pricing strategy, defense business development, or related growth functions, is required.
  • Deep knowledge of federal procurement, acquisition processes, and source selection
  • Strong expertise in competitive positioning, capture strategy, and pricing strategy
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess markets, competitors, pricing, and customer requirement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior-level decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads
  • Ability to leverage advanced tools and AI-enabled methods for CI/PTW activities
  • Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Ability to travel to support capture and business development efforts

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
