Sprinklr is seeking a dynamic and people‑centric Director of Solution Consulting to lead a regional team of Solutions Consultants (SCs). This role focuses on developing talent, supporting strategic opportunities, ensuring high‑quality customer engagements, and partnering cross‑functionally to deliver customer value. 

As a Director, you will coach SCs in their day‑to‑day activities, support key deals, and ensure that the team is equipped with the right skills, messaging, and technical depth to represent the Sprinklr Unified‑CXM platform. You will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Product, Post‑Sales, and Marketing, ensuring strong alignment and consistent execution across the go‑to‑market motion. 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, supporting career growth, skills development, and onboarding. 

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, field observations, and performance feedback. 

  • Ensure SCs are proficient in relevant industry use cases, Sprinklr capabilities, and new product enhancements. 

  • Support hiring efforts to build a diverse, high‑performing SC team. 

Deal Support & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify, shape, and support customer opportunities. 

  • Serve as a strategic solutions advisor on high‑priority deals, guiding SCs on discovery, solution design, demos, and value articulation. 

  • Help teams position the value of unified customer experience management and Sprinklr’s differentiated platform capabilities. 

  • Act as a solutions sponsor for select accounts when additional executive presence is needed. 

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Director of Solution Consulting to drive regional GTM strategy and operational excellence. 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and solution strategies. 

  • Provide structured feedback to product managers and engineering teams based on field learnings, customer requirements, and competitive insights. 

  • Participate in product interlock processes to support product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization. 

Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Support team readiness by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and developing reusable assets. 

  • Help improve SC processes, playbooks, and methodologies to drive consistency and impact. 

  • Contribute to SC onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring a strong, efficient experience for new hires. 

  • Initiate and support projects that enhance the SC organization’s capabilities, tools, or workflows. 

Thought Leadership & Market Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends in AI, conversational technologies, unified customer experience management, and social, marketing, and service technologies. 

  • Coach SCs on how to translate these trends into customer‑relevant insights and solution narratives. 

  • Represent the SC team at internal sessions, regional events, and customer workshops as needed. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment. 

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering value‑driven customer engagements. 

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent. 

  • Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations. 

  • Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies. 

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. 

  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment. 

  • Experience facilitating or contributing to discovery workshops, solution design sessions, or human‑centric design approaches (preferred but not required).

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$161,000 - $269,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
