In this senior leadership role, you will combine deep software engineering and security architecture expertise with a passion for leading high-performing, multi-tiered engineering teams. Responsibilities - Build, lead, and mentor a global organization of software engineers, security architects, and managers.
- Define multi-year technical vision and engineering standards across security management and secure platforms while partnering with senior executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive shared outcomes.
- Architect Autonomous Security Posture Management (ASPM) frameworks, incorporating automated detection, continuous verification, and platform-level telemetry to eliminate manual audit overhead.
- Pioneer secure-by-design SDLC paradigms for AI-generated code and agentic development, embedding runtime governance and automated verification into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive cloud-native security engineering across microservice meshes and distributed platforms, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to accelerate defensive mitigations and threat modeling at hyperscale.
