As Director of Software Development for CloudWatch Omni, you will own the full product capability - the experience layer, the services that back it, and the APIs that define it. You will shape the technical architecture and product experience to transform CloudWatch from an infrastructure monitoring tool into a market-leading observability platform. This is a greenfield initiative with startup-like autonomy, backed by the scale and resources of AWS. You will lead a combination of rapid customer-driven iteration on V1, new greenfield capabilities, and go-to-market partnerships to drive adoption and competitive differentiation against established observability vendors.
