How You'll Make a Difference

As our Director of Sales, you'll provide leadership and direction for the entire sales organization. You'll help define the path forward, align sales efforts with business objectives, and create the structure, accountability, and support needed for teams to thrive. Your leadership will play a key role in expanding market presence, growing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and teams while fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales strategy through forecasting, territory planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management to achieve growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and develop strategies that expand market share and profitability.
  • Improve sales processes, reporting, training, and communication systems to deliver a consistent customer experience and support organizational success.
