  • Analyze revenue performance trends, pipeline health, territory effectiveness, customer segmentation, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive accountability and action across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate new market opportunities, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to monitor organizational effectiveness.

Sales Operations Leadership
  • Lead the Sales Operations function, ensuring scalable processes, tools, and governance that enable sustainable growth.
  • Oversee territory planning, account segmentation, quota support, coverage models, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management processes, and business review cadences.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and execution consistency.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes, systems, and workflows to reduce friction and improve performance.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales technologies and reporting platforms.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and commercial leaders.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across teams with competing priorities.
  • Lead complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business functions.
  • Translate complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making processes through fact-based analysis and business insights.

Team Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Revenue and Sales Operations professionals.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Build organizational capabilities that enable the team to scale alongside business growth.
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

What you will need:
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related functions.

  • Experience supporting revenue-generating organizations within a technology, SaaS, fintech, software, or enterprise technology company.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, performance reporting, forecasting models, and operational metrics.
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of sales organizations, go-to-market motions, and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives in complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations.

Added bonus if you have:
  • Experience with CRM, forecasting, and revenue technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, Gong, Clari, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Prior experience in fintech, financial services technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
