Position Summary...The Director, Reliability Maintenance Management leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational reliability and maintenance excellence across facilities. This role oversees vendor relationships, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and applies data-driven insights to optimize asset performance and minimize risks. The director collaborates cross-functionally to align maintenance programs with business objectives, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. What you'll do...- Lead reliability maintenance strategies to enhance product performance and operational continuity.
- Oversee troubleshooting standards and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement evaluation metrics to monitor and improve hardware reliability programs.
- Guide cross-functional teams in operational excellence and change management initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Advise on procurement, contract management, and risk mitigation to support business objectives.

- Proven ability to lead vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6 years' experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 8 years' experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in multi-unit maintenance support
