Position Summary...
The Director, Reliability Maintenance Management leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational reliability and maintenance excellence across facilities. This role oversees vendor relationships, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and applies data-driven insights to optimize asset performance and minimize risks. The director collaborates cross-functionally to align maintenance programs with business objectives, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. By fostering operational excellence and managing change effectively, this position supports sustained facility performance and contributes to Walmart's commitment to efficient, reliable operations.

What you'll do...
  • Lead reliability maintenance strategies to enhance product performance and operational continuity.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
