Duties include, but are not limited to:
Directs Field Operation Leaders to ensure service, maintenance and installations are consistent across the country.
Makes assessments and recommendations for changes to meet customer and business expectations.
Drives and supports overall Company financial goals and profitability goals through added sales and service.
Assesses the need for new branches.
Increases management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers.
Communicates values, strategies, and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
