Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
• Extensive project engineering and project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with GMP in biological drug production.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering and construction service management for schedule-driven projects.
• Strong technical expertise across engineering domains, including process, utilities, automation, instrumentation, and civil engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects with effective cost control and scheduling, particularly in brownfield environments.
• Experience in designing efficient, compliant manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with modern CQV approaches and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver CAPEX investment projects valued at $50-150 million across all phases including engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and qualification.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including validation, facilities, operations, and external partners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards are met throughout project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide comprehensive updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, and engineering partners.
