Job Description:
Manages a team that include managers, senior professionals, and support staff. Executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans that prioritize business/network/agency needs and allocate resources effectively in alignment with functional goals. Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets.
Implements and optimizes advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms. Ensures campaign goals, budgets, creative assets and measurement criteria are aligned to deliver on campaign objectives. Receives, consolidates, implements and validates advertising placement via activation blueprint, in adherence to brand safety guidelines. Manages campaign reporting, measurement and optimization activities for effective campaign performance. Ensures that agencies and their clients are billed accurately for media placements, resolving discrepancies, processing payments, managing financial records, and acting as a liaison between media vendors and internal teams, ensuring financial and contractual compliance.150k

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
