Full Job Description
Director, Production Planning & Controlto join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain and will be based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of short-medium and long-term production plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives.
  • Oversee master production scheduling and ensure production plans are achievable based on capacity, materials, labor, and equipment availability.
  • Establish planning processes that effectively balance demand, capacity, inventory, service levels, and manufacturing costs.
  • Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans to address bottlenecks, resource limitations and changing demand.
  • Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize throughput, minimize downtime, and improve on-time delivery.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets and support strategic planning initiatives.
