This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can move fluidly from strategy to execution - shaping positioning and pricing input at a senior level, evolving and differentiating premium media products in a changing advertising market, and building the materials that bring it to life for sellers and clients.

Job Duties & Expectations

  • Positioning & Go-to-Market
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging primarily across video and display with additional responsibility over audio, newsletters, and print, translating product capabilities into clear, buyer-relevant value propositions
  • Own product marketing strategy for launches and major enhancements, defining target customers, value props, proof points, and sales-readiness requirements
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt global narratives to local markets
  • Portfolio Management
  • Influence product roadmap and major enhancements using market and customer insight
  • Identify portfolio growth opportunities based on buyer behavior, competitive change and product performance
  • Advise senior Sales/Product leadership on changing agency and advertiser buying behavior
  • Sales Enablement
  • Develop one-sheets, launch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and training for the media portfolio, and lead the enablement sessions that put them to work
  • Build clear guidance on product fit by objective, category, and campaign strategy to help sellers and clients navigate the portfolio
  • Market Insight & Performance
  • Track the competitive landscape across premium publishing and media, and turn insight into positioning and objection-handling guidance
  • Partner with campaign planning and measurement teams to build credible proof points and support case study development
  • Use adoption data and competitive perspective to refine product messaging and market penetration strategy
  • Build infrastructure for systematically gathering and leveraging seller, client and agency insight and feedback for core-media product priorities, optimizations, and sunsetting decisions
  • Pricing & Packaging
  • Bring customer, competitive, and market perspective into pricing and packaging discussions led by Yield, and translate approved decisions into clear sales narratives
