Job Description:The P&O Director, People Experience is responsible for the intentional design and embedding of the end-to-end Associate experience so that the Mars Snacking North America (MSNA) strategy is translated into how work is lived every day. The role shapes how Associates feel, belong, and perform, ensuring regional culture, engagement, inclusion, and performance practices reinforce business purpose, priorities, and results.
Responsibilities - Culture & Behavioral Activation: Partner with leaders to embed culture and leadership behaviors across the organization.
- Lifecycle Experience Design: Lead and iterate core touchpoints; modernized onboarding, recognition, and EVP activation-ensuring consistency and local relevance across the organization.
- Performance Enablement: Drive the regional execution of objective setting, continuous feedback, and year-end review cycles; equip people managers with high-impact coaching tools.
- Listening & Analytics: Own the regional rollout, analytics, and action planning for the Mars Associate Survey (MAS) and pulse listening, turning sentiment into prioritized business interventions.
- I&D Operationalization: Integrate Inclusion & Diversity directly into everyday talent processes, partnering with CoEs and Associate Resource Groups.
Experience & Qualifications- 8-10 years progressive HR experience with proven success in employee experience, culture activation, talent management, in a matrixed organization (CPG/FMCG preferred).
- 3-5 years leading culture, engagement, or talent lifecycle initiatives from strategy through regional deployment.
- Proven influence with stakeholders on behavioral adoption, change enablement, and organizational health.
- Demonstrated delivery across core frameworks: performance management cycles, onboarding, recognition, and EVP activation.
- Track record of operationalizing I&D into daily people practices and associate touchpoints.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required with SPHR/SHRM-SCP or Prosci credentials a plus.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
