We're looking for an experienced
Director, Multi-Site Operations to lead a portfolio of logistics operations, driving exceptional performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth across multiple facilities.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven operations executive who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing people, and knows how to turn strategy into results. You'll work closely with site leaders, customers, and senior executives to ensure operational excellence while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Locations: California, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, or Oregon
Travel: Regular travel across assigned sites
About the RoleHow you will contribute - Direct, monitor, and accountable for the operating results of facilities to ensure budget criteria are achieved and customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to direct and indirect reports for the operations within their respective span of control.
- Mentor others in their leadership roles and ensures that leadership development takes place.
- Direct and monitor each operation within their span of control to ensure corporate policies and programs are achieved.
- Direct the development and implementation of internal procedures and controls required to ensure each of their respective customer needs are achieved within budgetary goals.
- Establish standardized customer KPI and other performance metrics and ensure these metrics are communicated with the customer on an agreed upon schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties; preferably in logistics; experience managing and leading multiple operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures used in logistics operations and practices.
- Knowledge of financial management and principles as it relates to managing a number of facilities that may or may not be directly related.
- Requires influencing or convincing others within and outside one's span of control to obtain concurrence or buy-in on strategic direction and KPI's.
- Requires ability to present information regarding an idea or solution in order to gain agreement from Executives and internal or external customers.
