This is a strategic, highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for accelerating digital revenue through third-party delivery, catering, marketplace, and emerging off-premise channels. You will establish the channel strategy, manage strategic partner relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive the commercial and operational initiatives necessary to improve performance across the franchise system.

You will serve as the internal subject matter expert and executive owner for the third-party channel ecosystem, partnering closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, Innovation, Finance, Customer Care, and franchise leadership to ensure off-premise channels are positioned as a meaningful and profitable growth engine for the organization.

Your ability to build strategies from the ground up, influence across a complex franchise organization, develop high-value external partnerships, and translate data into actionable business decisions will be critical to success.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday-Friday, with flexibility as appropriate.

What this looks like day to day:
  • Own the enterprise off-premise strategy across 600+ franchise locations and multiple brands, establishing the vision, priorities, growth roadmap, and performance objectives for third-party and emerging digital channels.
  • Own the financial and commercial performance of the off-premise channels, including revenue growth, profitability, transaction volume, average order value, promotional efficiency, marketplace fees, and other key business drivers.
  • Lead strategic relationships with third-party partners including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, ezCater, and other current or emerging marketplace and delivery platforms, including partnership strategy, negotiations, commercial terms, and joint business planning.
  • Own channel KPIs and performance targets, leveraging data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead the optimization of the third-party digital experience, including menus, pricing, promotions, product assortment, availability, marketplace merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including emerging platforms, technologies, products, integrations, and off-premise offerings, building business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, Innovation, Finance, Customer Care, and franchise leadership to align off-premise initiatives with broader business priorities and drive successful execution across the system.
  • Drive franchise system adoption and operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, standards, and best practices that improve channel reliability, fulfillment, menu accuracy, customer experience, and overall performance.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews and strategic planning, including quarterly and annual performance reviews, budgets, forecasts, growth targets, strategic priorities, risks, and investment recommendations.
  • Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert and champion for off-premise growth, staying ahead of marketplace trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Edible Brands' channel strategy.

What you bring:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplace strategy, off-premise, third-party delivery, restaurant technology, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of significant digital revenue channels.
  • Proven experience developing and executing third-party marketplace and off-premise strategies across platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, ezCater, or similar partners.
  • Demonstrated success growing digital revenue and improving profitability through third-party and marketplace channels.
  • Strong understanding of the financial drivers of digital commerce, including channel economics, marketplace commissions, promotional ROI, contribution margin, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience managing strategic external partnerships, including contract negotiations, commercial terms, joint business planning, and executive-level partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives across complex, highly cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience presenting business performance, strategic recommendations, and investment opportunities to senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights, strategic priorities, and measurable actions.
  • Experience working within a franchise, multi-unit, restaurant, retail, or similarly distributed operating environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive adoption across a large and diverse organization.

How you work:
  • Strategic thinker: You can see beyond day-to-day execution and build a long-term vision for how off-premise can become a significant growth engine for the organization.
  • Commercially minded: You understand the relationship between revenue, profitability, customer experience, partner economics, and operational execution.
  • Data-driven: You use performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities, make decisions, measure results, and continuously optimize.
  • Influential leader: You are comfortable leading through influence, aligning executives and cross-functional teams around shared objectives, and driving change across a franchise system.
  • Exceptional relationship builder: You can develop trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external strategic partners while advocating for Edible's business objectives.
  • Growth oriented: You are naturally curious, competitive, and constantly looking for new channels, technologies, partnerships, and opportunities to accelerate growth.
