What You'll Do- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base
- Lead, coach, and mentor our growing Account Executive (AE) team in tandem with the AE Team Lead, driving performance and professional development
- Partner closely with the SDR Team Lead to manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team's day-to-day performance and pipeline generation, aligning outbound strategy with revenue goals
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique pain points and produce compelling business cases
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract execution
- Co-facilitate Discovery Calls, Product Demos and Presentations to prospects
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success
- Set and monitor sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team
- Collaborate with Business Development and Partnership Team to accelerate existing pipeline results
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Work ModelThis is a hybrid role working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in our San Diego office and remaining days working remotely.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry in the trades and current market trends
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and closing SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise-level deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $168,000, with an OTE of $200,000 - $240,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Beyond salary, Workiz offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family:
