Full Job Description
The Role:

As the Director of Sales, you are the one who opens the door. Reporting directly to the EVP of Client Experience, you own the front of our growth engine: finding the right prospects, earning their respect and attention while building the momentum that carries them forward with Pinnacle. You are the connector who thrives on meeting new people, learning what they truly want, and guiding them from a first handshake to the point where our leadership and craft take over. This role is built for someone who genuinely loves the work of prospecting. You are proactive, disciplined about the pipeline, and relentless about follow-through. You are not closing in isolation and you are not managing clients through construction. You are the one who fills the table with the right opportunities, then works shoulder to shoulder with our executive team to bring them home. We are looking for a rare combination: a persuasive, relational connector who genuinely enjoys the work of prospecting that most people avoid, paired with the polish and credibility to earn trust with discerning, high-net-worth clients.

This is an in-person role based in our Frisco office with adaptability to client needs, with flexibility for travel, evening, and weekend availability as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new client opportunities across all of Pinnacle's companies, from first contact through to a warm, ready-to-close conversation, building a consistent pipeline rather than waiting for leads to arrive.
  • Referral Networks: Build and cultivate relationships with the sources that feed luxury work: architects, wealth advisors, past clients, and community connectors.
  • Integrated Selling: Understand and sell the full Pinnacle platform, positioning architecture, construction, and interior design, as one seamless advantage rather than separate services.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, keeping every opportunity accurately tracked, prioritized, and moving, so leadership always has a clear view of what's live and what's next.
  • Partnership with Leadership: Bring qualified opportunities to the table and collaborate closely with the EVP of Client Experience on strategy, positioning, and closing.
  • Representation: Be visibly present in the community and at industry events, always well-dressed, representing Pinnacle with the confidence and authenticity that makes people want to work with us.
  • Market Insight: Monitor trends in luxury construction and design to sharpen our positioning and spot opportunities before competitors do.

Qualifications:
  • Required: A proven sales background with a demonstrated track record of generating pipeline and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in luxury residential construction or a comparable premium, relationship-driven industry strongly preferred.
  • A natural self-starter: proactive, resourceful, and genuinely energized by prospecting and pursuit rather than drained by it.
  • A relational, persuasive connector who builds trust quickly and reads people well.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the polish to operate credibly among discerning, high-net-worth clients.
  • Disciplined with process and follow-through, comfortable owning a CRM and a set of growth targets. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Collaborative by nature.
