About the role:

The Director, Sales - RWA is responsible for driving institutional adoption of tokenization and digital asset infrastructure among financial institutions, asset managers, banks, market infrastructure providers, and enterprise customers. This role combines strategic business development, consultative enterprise selling, and ecosystem engagement to build pipeline, develop client relationships, and deliver revenue growth across Digital Asset's RWA business.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity qualification through commercial execution, working closely with Product, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Utilizes effective sales strategies to successfully pursue and cultivate leads through building client relationships and supported by deep product knowledge and the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomese
  • Professionally institutes practical knowledge of Financial Markets to articulate the solutions that Digital Asset can provide for the benefit and success of client needs
  • Mindfully organizes strategy to meet and supersede targets and satisfy or supersede quota
  • Sets an example for peers and more junior sales professionals in both the cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders and in providing meticulous customer service and attention to detail for utmost client satisfaction
  • Builds long-term client relationships and expands strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience engaging with global financial institutions and navigating complex procurement, risk, compliance, legal, and operational processes
  • Deep understanding of RWA, capital markets, and institutional financial workflows, including asset tokenization concepts, digital securities, tokenized financial products, and settlement processes
  • Familiarity with institutional adoption trends and market drivers, reconciliation process with multiple counterparties
  • Working knowledge of blockchain and digital assets, including distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, permissioned blockchain platforms, digital wallets, etc.
  • Experience and strong abilities in software enterprise selling methodologies and processes, including ROI analysis, business case development, value-based selling, client qualification, and commercial strategy.
  • Knowledge and strong abilities in business development and sales leadership; anticipates market shifts and positions the company for sustained growth
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while preserving strong client relationships
  • Builds relationships with strategic ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption of tokenized asset infrastructure.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, potentially managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience and capabilities in business development and strategic account development
  • Excellent communication, including customer communications, executive communications, presentation skills, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Post-Sales/CX, and Legal


The range below may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
