Full Job Description
Summary

Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. is looking for a Director of Sales to step into a role that is part closer, part mentor, and all-in on client experience.

This is not a role for someone who wants to collect a license and see what happens. We are a team that runs on grit, accountability, and radical honesty, and we are growing on purpose. The person who takes this seat will convert leads, carry their own pipeline, and help our newer agents find their footing without hand-holding them into learned helplessness.

You will work directly alongside our Broker/Owner and benefit from daily live coaching, enterprise-level technology through the PLACE platform, and a team that has closed over 1,000 transactions. We know what good looks like, and we are selective about who we build with.

If you want a real business, a real leader, and a team that will push you to do the best work of your career, keep reading.

Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound buyer and seller leads through consultation, relationship building, and consistent follow-up across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin markets
  • Carry and manage your own active buyer and seller pipeline from first conversation through close
  • Mentor and support newer agents through transactions, lead generation, and the early learning curve of building a real estate business
  • Participate in daily Power-Up team meetings, bringing real problems and real accountability to the table
  • Represent Brick & Banister's standard of communication and client care: responsive, transparent, and never leaving a client in the dark
  • Use Brivity CRM to manage client relationships, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate records across all active transactions
  • Contribute to the team's growth strategy by identifying patterns in buyer and seller behavior, market shifts, and conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on transaction coordination and client handoffs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Embody the GROWTH framework in daily work: Grit, Results, Only Leaders, Wealth Building, Teamwork, and Humility

Preferred:

  • Experience in both buyer and seller representation
