Full Job Description
Director Of Sales & Marketing
Description
Families come to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives. We need a leader who knows how to reach them, earn their trust, and turn that trust into growth.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. You'll partner directly with our CEO and Founder and our COO to shape the firm's growth strategy, then take complete ownership of sales and marketing execution: leading the people, building the systems, and answering for the numbers.
Responsibilities
$4b
Qualifications
What You Bring • 5+ years of sales and/or marketing leadership experience, ideally in legal services, professional services, or another high-trust, consultative industry. • A proven record of meeting and exceeding growth targets, with the numbers to show it. • Experience building and leading high-performing teams. • Strong command of digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing analytics. • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution: you can build the plan and make it happen. • The ability to sell with empathy. Our clients are often in crisis, and the way we engage them matters.
Who Thrives Here
You're a builder, not a maintainer. You own outcomes instead of making excuses. You're coachable and you coach others. You communicate directly, follow through, and treat your team and clients with respect. Most of all, you care that the work we do changes lives.
