Position Overview

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales plays a pivotal role in driving top-line revenue growth by optimizing and supporting Enwork's network of independent sales representatives and fostering relationships with strategic dealers, architect and design firms, and end-users. As a brand ambassador, you will travel regularly to present Enwork's key messages, programs, and product offerings to the market, generating awareness and training various audiences. A passion for product design, problem-solving, and relationship-building is essential!

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with Enwork sales reps, key dealers (all levels of organization), end-users, and other influencers to drive revenue growth.
• Seek opportunities to increase revenue by creating new programs, supporting strategic accounts, developing vertical markets and end-user relationships.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the field (sales rep, dealer, designer, or end-user) and Enwork

while developing and managing large projects or sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project intent and commitments are met while delivering an outstanding brand experience to customers.
• Present the Enwork brand and products in markets across North America, with 16-20 trips annually.
• Train sales representatives and dealers on Enwork's products, resources, programs, capabilities and services.
• Actively monitor sales progress towards goals and collaborate with sales teams to achieve goals.
• Identify underperforming markets and develop actionable plans for improvement. Work with Enwork leadership to establish and implement plans.
• Create and lead annual planning initiatives with rep groups. Identify key action items and meeting rhythm to ensure goals are achieved.
• Create training documents and sales tools that help our sales reps stay up to date on products and programs
• Lead competitive research initiatives. Competitive analysis is used during early product planning and development, for product management, and to train our sales reps.

Requirements

Skills C Qualifications:
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and inspiring presentations with confidence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology, particularly video conferencing platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and the company ERP system.
• Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and sensitive situations with grace and professionalism.
• A bias towards action is important. The ideal candidate is curious and a self-starter.
• Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a relatable, positive, and conscientious communication style. High emotional intelligence is a must.
• Quick learner with the ability to articulate technical aspects of products and processes clearly.
• A minimum of 7 years of sales/business development experience within the contract furniture industry is required.
