Full Job Description
Description

We're growing fast and the GTM engine needs an operator who can keep it running cleanly at speed. This role owns the infrastructure behind Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - forecasting, pipeline, CRM, reporting, and deal operations. You'll work directly with the COO and GTM leadership to turn data into decisions and keep execution tight across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Revenue operations. Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting end-to-end. Track conversion metrics and KPIs across the funnel and surface what's working, what's not, and why.
  • GTM process design. Build and continuously improve scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Kill bottlenecks, write the SOPs, and drive adoption across the org.
  • CRM & systems. Own Salesforce - data integrity, hygiene, automations, and workflow efficiency. Manage the GTM tech stack and ensure data flows cleanly across all systems and teams.
  • Executive reporting. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and the board. Translate complex data into clean narratives that drive decisions, not just slides.
  • Deal & commercial ops. Oversee quoting, pricing workflows, approvals, and contract coordination with legal and finance. Keep every deal moving and nothing falling through the cracks.
  • Cross-functional execution. Partner with the COO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS on strategic operational initiatives, planning cycles, and company-wide execution reviews.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • AI fluency is a must - you use AI tools to move faster, build better reports, and surface insights that others miss.
  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience - you can build reports, fix hygiene issues, and optimize workflows without waiting for an admin.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; comfortable with BI tools and automation platforms.
  • Startup experience - you've built processes from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
  • Excellent communication skills; you can write a tight executive summary and present to the COO without overexplaining.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue models, and GTM strategy - you speak the language natively.
  • Experience with customer contracts, commercial operations, and pricing workflows is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English - written and verbal.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A highly proactive operator who takes ownership and drives execution end-to-end without being chased.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, but fast - you don't let perfect be the enemy of shipped.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution in the same afternoon.
  • Someone who tells stories through data, not just tables - you know what the number means, not just what it is.
  • Resourceful and dependable in environments where things change quickly and ambiguity is normal.
