Director of Revenue Strategy
About the Role
We are hiring a senior revenue leader to serve as second-in-command of our revenue function, working directly alongside the head of revenue. You will take on revenue strategy for a growing portfolio of hotels across Marriott, IHG, and Hilton brands, with the independence to run day-to-day decisions and bring recommendations forward. Ownership of strategy expands as you demonstrate results. This is a fully remote, individual-contributor role with a clear path to AVP of Revenue Strategy for the right person.
What You'll Do
Lead pricing, inventory, and distribution execution for your assigned hotels across all three brand systems
Partner with the head of revenue on strategy, bringing data-backed recommendations and taking on more ownership as results are proven
Build and maintain forecasts, and take accountability for their accuracy
Analyze STR, pace, pickup, channel, and competitive-set reports to find opportunities and risks, then turn them into clear actions
Design, test, and measure pricing, promotion, and channel strategies; scale what works and retire what doesn't
Manage business mix across transient, group, and negotiated segments, including displacement analysis
Run regular revenue strategy and forecast calls with GMs, sales leaders, and ownership
Partner with property-level teams and brand revenue contacts to keep execution consistent
Build reporting that surfaces insights, not just data
Serve as thought partner and backup on portfolio-wide decisions, with visibility to ownership and senior leadership
