Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in Montana or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Skilled in individual treatment plan development.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities
