Job Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall hardware product strategy, aligning with the company's long-term goals and market demands, with a focus on product categories such as smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT.
- Lead and mentor product development and product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee the entire device portfolio lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis, across smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in the wireless telecom industry to inform product roadmap decisions for these specific categories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and successful market penetration of smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT devices.
- Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven adjustments to strategy.
Skills, Experience and Requirements- A long and demonstrated history in product development and management, with a proven track record of bringing successful hardware products to market.
- Extensive experience, preferably within the wireless telecom industry, with a deep understanding of device ecosystems and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Salary RangesCompensation: $185,000.00/Year
