PAY: $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONSYOUR ROLE:
As our full-time Director of Operations, you'll oversee the moving pieces that keep every MIPS location performing at its best. You'll monitor patient flow, provider schedules, procedure-suite utilization, and operational performance to ensure each day runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with clinic managers and department leaders, you'll develop teams, solve challenges, and maintain high standards of care and compliance. You'll also help lead new site launches, implement standardized workflows, oversee staffing strategies, and track key performance indicators, ensuring every location is positioned for long-term success and growth.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive operations leadership within a physician practice, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), or office-based lab (OBL)
- 3+ years of experience managing managers
- Experience leading procedural or surgical specialties such as interventional radiology, vascular, cardiology, or orthopedics
- Working knowledge of front-end revenue cycle operations, prior authorization, and payer requirements
- Proven experience developing staffing models, KPIs, and budgets
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and outpatient survey-readiness standards
Extensive leadership experience within physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, or office-based laboratories and a proven ability to lead leaders while driving operational excellence are preferred.
