Job Type: Full-Time
License Required: Ohio RN (active and in good standing)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing setting, a strong record in regulatory compliance and survey success, and a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor nursing staff.
