Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home programs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain an effective organizational structure within the nursing department
- Collaborate with department leaders to support smooth level-of-care transitions and overall community operations
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support budget development, expense forecasting, and cost-control strategies
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care
Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing
- Experience overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
