Director of Nursing (DON)Complete Care at Milford Manor is seeking an
experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department. We are looking for a strong, hands-on clinical leader with proven experience in skilled nursing and long-term care who can drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and maintain high standards of resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee infection control, clinical policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to improve clinical outcomes.
- Manage staffing, clinical performance, and survey readiness.
Qualifications- Active RN license in New Jersey required.
- Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.
- Proven leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
