Responsibilities
- The Mgr Clinical Education provides strategic leadership for clinical education programs that support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based practice across the organization.
- This role ensures educational initiatives align with organizational goals, quality outcomes, and professional practice standards while fostering continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- The position maintains accountability for education planning, program effectiveness, and educator performance.
- Through collaboration with operational and clinical leaders, the role strengthens employee competency, engagement, and patient care outcomes.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field.
- 5+ years of acute care clinical experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state of practice.
- BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Nursing Professional Development Certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification.
