Job purpose
P&L-minded leader launching and scaling HYLAN's data center ISP program in the Sterling market. Own delivery excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects while building a high-performing team and repeatable delivery model.

Duties and responsibilities
• Own project delivery from pre-con through closeout: estimating support, staffing plans, scheduling, materials, QA/QC, and handover.
• Stand up ISP field operations playbooks: MOP/SOP templates, labeling standards (TIA-606), test & certification workflows, photo and as-built requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain ISP talent (techs/leads/estimators); implement training ladders and safety culture (OSHA compliance).
• Direct customer engagement with hyperscale and enterprise operators; manage SLAs, scorecards, and executive readouts.
• Coordinate with GC, electrical, OSP, and data center operations for integrated delivery; resolve field escalations.
• Forecast labor and materials; manage margins, WIP, and change orders in partnership with finance and PMO.
• Drive continuous improvement-standard kits, prefab opportunities, tool control, and digital reporting (photos, dailies, SiteTracker/Sage).

Qualifications
