Full Job Description
About this role

You own demand for Omniscient.

Every lead, every conversation with a qualified buyer, every deal that starts because someone knew who we were before they needed us: that is your scoreboard. This is not a brand awareness role dressed up in growth language. You will be measured on the pipeline and revenue you generate for the company.

This role exists to accelerate our thought leadership through an influential network of partners and our ecosystem. It is to build a center of gravity, an Omniverse, that drives inbound leads, clients, and partners.

We have a substantial baseline and existing channels (podcast, newsletter, AEO), a strong team with diverse skills to lean on, and a strong reputation with a point of view on organic growth that the market respects.

What we do not have is one person who owns the whole demand system.. That is you.

This is a player-leader role.

You will set the strategy and you will do the work. You own the channels, the systems, the budget, and the number. You will report directly to the Head of Growth & Innovation and work closely with them on the handoff from marketing to sales.

You will travel, host dinners and meetups, sit across the table from VC and private equity firms who need what we do for their portfolios, and build the kind of brand presence that makes buyers come to us. If you want a seat where the impact of your work shows up directly in the comany's revenue, this is it.

Your responsibilities
  • Own the pipeline number. You are accountable for the volume and quality of leads and the resulting sales pipeline. You set the targets with leadership and you own hitting them.
  • Own demand creation. The podcast (The Long Game), the newsletter, original research and reports, and our video marketing strategy. These are demand assets, not vanity projects. You own their growth and their conversion into sales pipeline.
  • Own demand capture. Set the strategy for Omniscient's own performance marketing across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, and retargeting, working with our delivery team who executes. Own the website as a conversion engine and own conversion rate optimization: landing pages, forms, testing, and offer architecture.
  • Own the account-based motion. Build and run an ABM program against the named accounts we most want to win.
  • Own events and in-person demand. Partnerships, sponsorships, meetups, and hosted dinners. You decide where we need to show up and you make sure those bets pay off in sales pipeline.
  • Own the systems that capture and convert demand. Marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle and nurture sequences, and lead scoring. You keep the data clean enough that we trust the number.
  • Collaborate with partners to determine messaging and positioning for the company. How we talk about what we do, sharpened into something that pulls the right buyers toward us.
  • Own sales enablement and the demand-to-sales handoff. Case studies, one-pagers, the proposal narrative, and competitive positioning, in close partnership with the CRO.
  • Own analytics, attribution, reporting, and the marketing budget. You own how the number is measured and how the money is spent against it.
  • Build partnerships and investor relationships. Tech partnerships, agency referral relationships, and relationships with the VC and PE firms whose portfolios need organic growth.

Who you are
  • You have run demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B services or SaaS company and you can point to pipeline you personally built.
  • You are relentlessly resourceful. This role requires scrappiness, relationship building, and creative leveraging of resources to accomplish goals.
  • You think in funnels and unit economics. You can tell us what a lead is worth, what a channel costs, and when to kill or double down.
  • You are a player-leader. You set strategy and you also build the automation, write the brief, and run the event yourself. You are not looking for a big team to direct.
  • You are genuinely energized by being in the room. You like hosting the dinner, working the conference, and building the relationship. Travel is a feature of this job, not a cost.
  • You are meticulous with systems and data. You do not report a number you cannot stand behind. (the passcode is MARKETING2026)
  • You have a point of view on brand and are comfortable being a public presence, on the podcast, on stage, and across the table from investors.
  • You move fast, you own outcomes, and you do not need to be managed toward the number. You are motivated by upside and comfortable being paid for what you produce.
  • You're not an asshole. We spend a lot of our days engaging with team members and clients. There's no room for assholes. You're friendly, eager to jump in and take ownership, and love to work as a team to be successful.

Why you should work with us

We're here to help you do great work and grow personally and professionally.
  • Real impact: You'll have a massive impact on a growing company rather than being another cog in a machine. This role owns a number that will influence the whole business.
  • Autonomy and ownership: You own the demand system end to end. You set the strategy, control the budget, and are trusted to run it.
  • Uncapped upside: This role is designed with uncapped variable compensation. If you produce, you're paid like it.
  • A brand people already respect: You're not starting from zero. You're turning a respected point of view and a founding team people want to talk to into a demand engine.
  • Team trips: We take team trips each year to places like Boston, Austin, Costa Rica, and Belgrade to get some time together in person.

We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But there's no such thing as a "perfect" candidate. Omniscient Digital is a place where everyone can grow. However you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if the idea of this role excites you.
