Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality.

• Strong relationship-building skills with associates and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Competencies in service reputation, results-driven, team guidance, talent building, execution, planning, and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to strategize and implement HR initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to hire qualified candidates.
• Manage associate relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
• Utilize performance management systems for associate evaluations and feedback.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Deliver training programs to enhance associate skills and performance.
• Track and analyze HR metrics to identify program effectiveness and improvement areas.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
