We're in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized Director of Human Resources to join the award-winning Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, while playing a key role in strategic planning and business administration. This position plays a pivotal role in creating and ensuring a positive and inclusive work culture, while ensuring that the property is in compliance with the most recent employment laws.

Qualifications
• PHR Certification preferred
• Proven ability in leadership, fostering employee development and teamwork across departments to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
• Service-oriented and detail-focused with an approachable, friendly demeanor
