Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in budget monitoring, grants administration, or nonprofit finance support
  • Working knowledge of grant compliance and reimbursement/invoicing processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial or grants tracking systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for relaying information between branches and central finance teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple budgets, deadlines, and documentation requirements at once
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures and escalate exceptions appropriately
  • Ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior leadership while managing assigned responsibilities within a larger grant portfolio
