Salary: $95,000-$105,000Job SummaryThe Director of Operations will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venues
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
- Knowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility management
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systems
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and venue safety procedures
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily venue and event operations
- Manage operational staffing plans and labor execution
- Coordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitor operational budgets and performance metrics
- Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Support premium events, sporting events, concerts, and special programs
