Overview
The Director of Fitness is the senior leader of the Club's fitness department and a member of the Club Leadership Team. The Director sets strategy for Personal Training, Pilates, Group Fitness, and member programming, owns the department's financial performance, and partners with the Membership team to attract, onboard, and retain members. The Director does not personally train members. Success in this role means a fitness department that members see as one of the best parts of the Club. It should be growing, profitable, current, and easy to use, while keeping the programs, instructors, and traditions our members already love.
