DescriptionHOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning and strategic analysis. This role partners with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance, improve financial outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. The Director will manage financial planning processes, deliver clear reporting, and ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.

Position reports to Country Leader and is a member of the Executive Staff.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE- Lead the company's annual budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and the board.
- Partner with business leaders across departments to evaluate performance, support resource allocation, and improve profitability. Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, cost reduction opportunities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two financial analysts.
- Owner of annual objective tracking across the various business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning tools, systems, and processes.
- Work with FP&A counter parts in Malaysia
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.

Not a comprehensive list of duties. Duties may change without notice at management's sole discretionWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Self-starter and hands-on contributor.
- Experience in assembly and test manufacturing environment, including cost accounting experience.
- Global Operations (i.e. Supply Chain, Production, Planning) experience desired, but not required.
- AI implementation in FP&A.
- Semiconductor Capital Equipment Experience desired
- Emotionally intelligent.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, AI,and financial planning
- Excellent analytical andstrategic thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred.
