We're hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for a growing multi-unit healthcare provider in the City of Irvine.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on finance leader to partner with senior executives, lead the FP&A function, and help guide expansion.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop dashboards to track operational performance and location profitability.
• Turn financial analysis into recommendations that improve performance.
• Support acquisitions, expansion, and capital investment decisions.
• Prepare executive, board, and private equity reporting.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.
What we're looking for:
• Healthcare and multi-site experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization.
• MBA required; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience using AI in financial modeling and analysis is a plus.
