Director of Field Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field, or equivalent work experience managing multiple disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years as Executive Director of senior living community operations.
• Proven leadership experience interfacing with residents, families, and staff across all disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starting attitude.
• Healthcare Leadership training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Project Managers and the President in operational initiatives.
• Research off-trend KPIs and develop solutions collaboratively with the team.
• Review and coach teams on budget variances and resolutions.
• Educate and coordinate CRM usage and mystery shop evaluations.
• Foster a prospect-centered sales culture within the organization.
• Conduct in-person site visits across the country.
• Utilize multiple platforms including CRM, Billing, and GL systems.
