Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do:- Sell, close, and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals.
- Lead and develop the CS and SESM teams-think coach, mentor, motivator.
- Partner cross-functionally with F&B, Banquets, and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Manage forecasts, budgets, and market trends like a revenue rockstar.
- Ensure every detail is covered-from BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes.
- Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement.
What We Are Looking For:- 5+ years in hotel catering & event services - Because excellence comes from experience.
- Team leadership background - You Will inspire and elevate a team to bring their A-game.
- Strong tech skills (Delphi.fdc/CI-TY & Microsoft Office) - So you can focus on people, not paperwork.
- Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage, ProfitSword a plus) - You Will own the numbers like a CFO-in-training.
- Excellent communicator - Clear, kind, and confident with clients and colleagues alike.
- Valid driver's license & some travel flexibility - Because great business sometimes means hitting the road.
