♥ Who You Are (Heart)You bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, but you do it with curiosity and respect. You can move between an architecture conversation, an operational problem, a vendor negotiation, and a leadership discussion without losing sight of the larger business objective.
You develop capable teams, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scalability, cost, risk, and maintainability. Just as importantly, you're willing to roll up your sleeves when the situation calls for it.
