Director of Dining Services - Senior Living

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in dining services
• Experience managing multiple venues and large teams
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and food safety (ServSafe/CDM preferred)
• Background in senior living or hospitality is preferred
• Genuine passion for serving older adults
• Willingness to work on-site at Scotia Village

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations across all venues and catering services
• Build and coach a resident-centered team
• Collaborate with chefs and dietitians to develop menus
• Manage budget focusing on quality versus food and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
